I'm Ray Avanzino, Senior Residential & Commercial Loan Officer with Polaris Capital Partners, serving borrowers in San Mateo, California. I've been in the mortgage business since 2002 and am licensed in California. I enjoy helping borrowers work through complex or challenging financing files.
I work with borrowers exploring No Doc, DSCR, bank statement, self-employed, construction, bridge, reverse mortgage, commercial, and second mortgage loans, as well as HELOCs. One client, Michael G., shared that I had helped with financing for four of the six homes he owns and with refinancing.
I'm a native Californian, born in San Francisco, and have lived in Belmont for 24 years.
